POLICE CHECK PROCESS

1. Start Enter:
   • Full legal name
   • Date of birth
   • Contact details
2. Verify Info A code is sent to the email and mobile (if a number is entered) to verify your contact details. 
3. Payment Pay using a debit or credit card using our secure system.

4. Additional Details Enter any previous name you may have used and five years of address history.

5. Verify ID Upload or use mobile link to provide a photo of yourself holding photo ID for the selfie requirement. Use photos to upload or the mobile link to provide the necessary ID to meet the identification requirements of the check. Any ID in a previous name must be supported with accepted change of name documentation.

6. Finish Sign on the screen using your mouse and press the submit button.

What happens next? Your application will be checked to ensure the details you entered match your identification. We submit correct applications to the police hourly between 9 am and 4 pm Brisbane time. Read the section on delivery times. Receive your results SMS and email results notification when your check is received from police.
